In ANY Business, the idea of someone completely “NEW” to a business becoming a huge success is nearly impossible. The reason is because we jump into things with “NO FEAR” and this causes us to overlook the most simplest of things and make huge mistakes which hurt us in the end. So with that being said, a Mentor is someone that will guide you and if they are “GOOD” will put the “FEAR” needed into your heart which will allow you to go forward with the correct Mindset and Plan of Action needed to become a Success! You may be confused why I use the term “FEAR”, it isn’t a fear of doing business, or even getting into the business but you now look at every aspect of the business and you make sure you don’t miss anything crucial to your success. It is about being cautious on the path to your success and making sure you cross all your T’s and dot your I’s.
You will always be driven to succeed, you will be given the tools to make it through and are provided the encouragement needed to reach the finish line. But, we need to be afraid of possibly failing due to the errors we make when we don’t think and examine everything. I am NOT afraid of taking on any task because I know I have gotten past the fear of not trying, which is the biggest fear you can experience. Do not be afraid of anything, because so long as you try, you have already succeeded.
I was very fortunate to have been mentored by one of the MOST Successful Teams in network marketing history, Minh and Juli Ho. Working with Minh and Julie provided me such insight on succeeding and having the right mindset that it opened my eyes to any business I can ever want to attempt. Minh and Julie had hundreds of thousands of team members globally in over 200 countries and earned over $10,000,000 in 4 years due to their efforts and team spirit. What I learned during my tenure in working with the Ho’s was invaluable and has driven me to succeed and help others to do the same. It is NOT about you when you build a business, it is about the WHOLE and the passion to make sure everyone is happy and successful. That is the fire I hold within now, and it has gotten me to a point in my life that I can mentor others and give them the same drive as I had when I was mentored. This is a Team Driven Success Mentality, and WE will ALWAYS Succeed if we are held accountable to do so.
Now, I know not everyone hates their job… …but do you? For most of my life, I did. Do you sit up at night and wonder what it’d look like to take control of your time and your future ASAP? Are you sick of trading hours for dollars, all to help someone else get rich? I used to do that. It gets old.
If you’re like me, you’re thinking: “But are you saying I should just quit my job? What will I do? Believe me, I know, and I understand where you’re at. But have you ever thought about what would happen if you succeeded?
…If you didn’t have to live paycheck to paycheck?
…If you could go shopping and not worry
…If you had enough money in the bank?
…If you could wake up and not have a clock to punch, a boss to please, or a widget to sell?
You can do it. You just need a guide and a plan. I am that Guide and together we will create that plan.
