Co-Op Advocates was founded by a Real Estate Investors Group in Northern, NJ, plagued by rising material costs. L&H Asset Acquisitions urgently needed more buying power to obtain deeper discounts for construction materials and services to be more competitive. By uniting a group of Real Estate Investors, Contractors and Subcontractors together and combining their purchasing power, L&H Asset Acquisitions formed the foundation of C0-Op Advocates and discovered an ideal solution for dramatically reducing their Costs of Goods Sold.
CO-OP strives to consistently improve profits for both our company and others, as well as the steadily increasing number of member companies that have joined our organization and strengthened our group’s overall purchasing power. As CO-OP membership grows, newly Endorsed Suppliers are continually being added to provide significant savings on tools and materials for all of our member companies.
